Problem

After applying Lotus Notes 9.0.1 Fix Pack 3 the following error occurs when attempting to use any of the AGECOM applications:

Error number: 318

Error description
java.lang.InternalError

Solution

This error occurs as a result of a regression introduced into Lotus Notes 9.0.1 with Fix Pack 3. A workaround has been implemented into the following versions of the AGECOM applications:

Export Utility for Lotus Notes
Version 6.28 released 2nd February 2015

Import Utility for Lotus Notes
Version 3.85 released 2nd February 2015
http://www.agecom.com.au/import

Agent Monitor for Lotus Domino
Version 3.87 released 2nd February 2015
