How do I become eligible to receive complimentary product licenses?
For every 2 licenses you purchase for the same product you automatically receive a 3rd complimentary license for free. The types of licenses must be the same (ie: Single User, Organizational Unit, Organization). The complimentary license will also be of the same type and for the same product.

Do I have to order 2 licenses at the same time to be eligible for a complimentary license?
No. You can order a single license for a product now and then at a later time order another single license. However, the two orders must be made within 3 months of each other.

If I purchase a single license for one product and another single license for another product am I eligible for a complimentary license?
No. Complimentary licenses are only available for every 2 licenses purchased for the same product.

Can I use my complimentary license on another product?
No. Complimentary licenses are only available for the same product that you previously purchased 2 or more licenses for and may not be exchanged for another product.

How do I claim my complimentary license?
There are several ways to claim your complimentary product license.

1. If you purchase 3 licenses for the same product in a single order the license fee for the 3rd license is automatically discounted from the order, therefore you will only be charged for 2 licenses.

2. If you purchase 2 licenses for the same product (either in one order or in two single orders within 3 months) you can claim your complimentary license by logging onto the AGECOM website and selecting the 'Customers' option from the menu bar at the top of the home page then selecting 'Claim Complimentary License'. The products and the number of complimentary licenses you are eligible for will be displayed on a new page. Click the 'Claim Now' button to claim the license for any of the displayed products.

How can I find out if I'm near to qualifying for a complimentary license?
To find out if you've qualified for a complimentary license or are near to qualifying log onto the AGECOM website and select 'Customers' from the menu bar at the top of the home page then select 'Claim Complimentary License'. Products you've qualified for or are near to qualifying for will be displayed. For those products you are near to qualifying for you'll be advised of the number of licenses you need to purchase to receive a complimentary license and the date it needs to be purchased by.

Who is eligible to qualify for a complimentary license?
All customers are eligible for complimentary licenses except resellers of AGECOM products.
